As part of the creative leadership team, I played a pivotal role in developing and launching Urban Outfitters' 56,000-square-foot flagship store at Herald Square. This multi-level retail space was more than just a store; it was a dynamic lifestyle destination designed to engage and inspire.

The Herald Square location featured an eclectic mix of offerings, initially including an in-house Intelligentsia Coffee bar, providing a curated coffee experience for shoppers, and Hairoin Salon, an on-site beauty and grooming service that added an unexpected twist to the traditional retail environment. These unique additions made the space a true urban oasis, where shopping intersected with social and experiential elements.

The design of the store reflected Urban Outfitters' signature blend of vintage and contemporary aesthetics, creating an environment that was both inviting and endlessly explorative. From the meticulously curated merchandise displays to the innovative use of space, every detail was crafted to enhance the customer experience and establish the Herald Square store as a key destination in one of the busiest shopping districts in the world.
