I spearheaded the brand development, logo design, and collateral creation for The Madison McDevitt Fund, a proposed joint venture between Madison Marquette and McDevitt. The fund aimed to capitalize on emerging neighborhoods in the U.S. and focus on core-plus and value-add opportunities, leveraging the unique strengths of both companies.
Though the fund did not ultimately launch, the brand work laid a strong foundation for the venture. I led the concept development and served as both Creative Director and Art Director, crafting a brand identity that was sophisticated, modern, and reflective of the fund’s strategic ambitions. The logo and collateral were designed to resonate with potential investors, conveying both stability and innovation, essential qualities for a fund focused on transformative real estate opportunities.
The materials provided a robust backdrop for pitches and initial meetings, positioning the fund as a forward-thinking entity ready to explore untapped markets. Despite the venture not moving forward, the branding work remains a testament to the strategic vision and creative direction that went into its development.
